This is a list of all the movies I've seen, categorized by genre according to imdb.com. I rated the movies taking into account how much I enjoyed them, but not their artistic merit. I understand that "2001 : A Space Odyssey" is a greater cinematic achievement than "Clerks.", however I extremely enjoyed them both and would very strongly recommend them, so both of them get five stars (for more, check out "About the ratings system").

Also important : each movie was rated as an achievement within a specific genre. For example, a movie under the genres Comedy/Drama that was emotionally moving but not funny may get a higher rating under "Drama" and a lower under "Comedy".

The goal of this website is not to judge the movies I've seen, but to recommend or dissuade anyone willing to trust my judgement to watch or avoid watching a movie. Furthermore, anyone looking for a movie to watch under a specific genre can browse the categories and make his or her pick.
